Privacy notice
For the keptinorder.co.uk website. Last updated 16 October 2026.
Who we are
Kept In Order is operated by Ubaid Patel, who is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you give us when you ask for a demo or email us:
- your name, your firm's name and your work email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- roughly how many blocks you manage, and anything you write in the message box.
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How the demo form works
By default the form opens your own email app with a ready-written message to [email protected] – nothing is sent until you press Send. If the form instead says “we've got your request”, your details were sent directly to us and stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
Email to our address is forwarded to, and kept in, a mailbox provided by Google (Gmail).
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about it. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps you've asked for before any agreement. We won't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact – sooner if you ask.
Your rights, and removal
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to us using it, at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject “Remove my details” and we'll do it and confirm within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
The Kept In Order service itself
This notice covers this website only. Firms that use the Kept In Order service will receive separate terms and a data processing agreement covering certificates and contractor details.
